Abstract:

Section 16 of Resistance Economics Policy has been taken into consideration. This study has studied part of the above.. This research aims to identify the components of fundamental transformation in structures in order to save on public spending in the country. The research method was descriptive-survey and data collection tool was open questionnaire and interview. Data analysis was performed by SPSS and Smart-PLS software in two stages of fitting the model of modeling and fitting the structural model. As a result, the research hypotheses were also confirmed by identifying the components of the fundamental transformation in structures. Therefore, the relationship between saving public expenditures in the country and the fundamental transformation in structures (assignment of state-owned enterprises, the assignment of government agencies and the assignment of development projects to nongovernmental departments) were verified and the main hypothesis and sub-hypotheses of the research were confirmed.
