The study of the reasons of absence and escaping from military service of soldiers (case study: kerman police headquarter)
This paper aims to survey and recognize the reasons and backgrounds of soldiers absence and escaping from military service and introducing suitable solutions for controlling and confronting with it, and increasing productivity, Move over the authors have tried to survey and describe effective personal, organizational and environmental factors on the absence and escaping from military service by the soldiers .The research method was documentary .The findings indicate that the effective factors of soldiers absence and escaping from military service could be analyzed on the basis of personal and organizational factors. But those agents such as high age, the type of gen, being single or double, more persons of under–guardianship, lower education, employees attitude, employees motivation are very effective in soldiers absence, on the other side the effective factors on escaping from military service are mental disorders, geographical factors, factors related to organization or out of organization .At the end of this research the solutions for confronting with absence and escaping from military service have been introduced, which can be used by the managers.
