The Survey on the role of human resources on knowledge management success in Naja
Knowlodge management is all the processes which arised to knowledge acquisition, knowledge maintenance and knowledge usage. Those organizations which requested promotion and achievement in knowledge management bring forth for discussion as a strategic need. This paper aims to recognizing the role of different employees group on organizational knowledge management success. This research was applied and the research method was descriptive survey and mixed (qualitative- quantitative). The interviewees are 8 persons of Naja middle managers with higher education .The results of interview with them has confirmed the using of employees knowledge for success of commanders knowledge management. Statistical universe consists of police acadmy officers and sample size are 65 people. Data have been regulated through a researcher–made questionnaire and collected after the realiability and validity confirmation.The findingd indicate that knowledgeable employees are the main prerequisite of knowledge management and attracting their opinion from organization for participation in knowledge management discussion is very necessary . So the role of each 3 groups of Naja employees (police officers, soldiers, retirees) in knowledge management success has confirmed and the priority of their roles has announced .
