The obstacles of delight realization from the viewpoint of the verses of the Holy Quran

Abstract:

 One of the most important needs of humanity is happy and living happily, which have a very effective role in so many vital aspects of humans lives. Mental anxieties and mental stresses in the in the era of technology communications are humans very serious problems which have caused a reduction in humans’ happiness. So many people, especially youngsters, are after false happiness instead of being truly happy and seeking Spiritual pleasures. Islam, which is thorough and conforms to human nature, suggests a variety of ways in order to be happy that not only doesn’t lead to Vanity and absurdity but also lead to perfection. The design of this study is descriptive-analytic using library resources and scientific texts and interpreting based on them. Most important obstacles which lead to not being happy from the of Holy Quran- are sinfulness, Psychological insecurity, lack of affection, Boredom, being Misguided, pride, Jealousy, extremes in remembering death and being attached to the things.
