Measuring the sustainability and analyzing the factors affecting sustainable development in urban areas (Case study: Mahabad city)
Sustainable neighborhoods are needed first and foremost as neighborhoods. Accordingly, the present study was carried out through a descriptive-analytical method with the aim of analyzing the stability of Mahabad neighborhoods based on the desirable and ideal level of sustainable development indicators as well as explaining the factors influencing sustainable development in the studied areas. . In this research, firstly, extraction and compilation of the endogenous values of sustainable development indicators were performed and then, using SPSS software, T.test, compared to the overall stability assessment of the studied indices based on the ideal values Al is done. Then, using Topsis model, ranking and leveling the neighborhoods from the perspective of sustainable development has been done. In the last step, through the path analysis model in PLS software, the most effective factors related to sustainability promotion in the neighborhoods of Mahabad city and Extracted. The results of the research are as follows. Of the 53 indicators used in total, only 16 indicators are stable. As the results of ranking the neighborhoods in the consolidated index of sustainable development showed, 22 of the 26 urban neighborhoods studied in the underdeveloped and less developed levels are located. This highlights the distant city of Mahabad with a sustainable city. Also, the results of the analysis model showed that all social, economic, physical, service, environmental, and health-therapeutic variables have a positive and significant effect on the sustainable development of Mahabad neighborhoods, in which the most economic indicators Effect on the stability of neighborhoods of Mahabad city.
