Abstract The history of the events that took place in the vast country of Iran shows that this country is invincible, and how to deal with these disasters is very important and important. Examining the experiences gained from these events will be of great help in dealing with accidents and management. Despite the fact that in our country every few years or months, it is a natural disaster and it has gained and will continue to have very bitter and useful experiences. The expansion of cities and urbanization and the gradual increase in the number of large cities in the world, especially in developing countries, including Iran, on the one hand and the growth of cities, population concentration and increase environmental and economic loads on their bed on the other hand, while Further attention to cities has led to the acceptance of multiple roles and functions. One of the issues that most major cities in the world are dealing with Unfortunately, the costs of crisis management are small, and research and scientific work has not been done as it should be, and perhaps has not been done in this case, even though this shortage is quite noticeable and worthwhile. In this regard, considering the importance of the subject of this research, the role of public relations in crisis management of natural disasters has been studied.
