Environmental law and ethics from the perspective of Nahj al-Balaghah

According to the religious teachings of Islam, ethics is one of the main pillars of the formation of the identity of human societies, which is the quality of individual and social life today and tomorrow. It affects human beings and its quantity and quality, goodness and corruption, and its absence have a direct impact on a happy and cruel worldly life. And the hereafter has human beings. The first manifestation of human individual and social life is morality, and each individual and society to the extent of the emergence of moral values ​​in thought, speech and Its behavior is evaluated, so it has been tried to take advantage of the words of the Commander of the Faithful Ali ibn Abi Talib and re-examine the status of ethics. Studied the Islamic way of life in the precious book of Nahj al-Balagheh, and finally a practical model, based on an Islamic way of life Introduce ethics. Therefore, this study seeks to address the issue of ethics and its impact on the Islamic lifestyle from the perspective of Nahj al-Balaghah, after explaining what is ethics and what is lifestyle and explaining its meaning. In the moral model of Nahj al-Balaghah, which observes the lifestyle, the type of attitudes, beliefs in behavior, actions of individuals and orientations towards life play a role. In this view, the moral principles governing the lifestyle are based on faith and righteous deeds, on the basis of which any enjoyment of the manifestations of nature and material manifestations is described. It has been effective in changing the current pattern and lifestyle, and while Nahj al-Balaghah is a rich source for the Islamic lifestyle, it can be said that the prominent role of ethics in reforming the Islamic lifestyle is a distinguishing feature. It manifests itself in other lifestyles.
