the current research has done in order to analyze effective factors in job satisfaction of commenber operation (with emphasis on Razavi and Soutern of Khorasan borders).the method this research was practical and discription style. Statistical group in this reseach includes 90 personnelof commender Razavi and Soutern of Khorasa in Taybad and Gezic . who have been tested by all of them . the questiones has been completed by reseacher. Two hypothesis of the current research were: 1-internal organization factors has effect on job satisfaction of operation commenders2- these factor have different effects on of operation commenders.After drivation of data these have been analysed by regression and data progressing was done through statistical package of social science. T test and Kay method .Finishing and data analysis show that priority of these effects on job satisfaction of operation commenders was occupation environment and personal factorsbeen completed by reseacher.
