Abstract:

The present Research investigates the "Psychometric properties of the parent form of the third version of the Emotional and Behavioral Screening System (BASC-3) in children with behavioral disorders" and the main question is to determine whether the psychometric properties of the third version of the emotional screening system. And Behavior (BASC-3) in Children with Behavioral Disorders? The present study falls under the scope of psychometric designs. The community includes all fifthand sixth-grade students with behavioral disabilities who attend elementary schools in Tehran. In this study, by using stratified random sampling method with emphasis on 5 districts of Tehran (north, south, east, west and center), at least one school and at least 30 children with behavioral disorder were selected from each school district. A total of 150 individuals were selected as sample. In this Research, the parent form of the third version of the Emotional and Behavioral Screening System (BASC-3) was used as a Instrument that had good validity and validity in the original version. Finally, the findings of the Research showed that the parent form of the third version of the Emotional and Behavioral Screening System (BASC-3) using two Cronbach's alpha methods was 0.83 and the split-half test with Spearman-Brown modification was 0.81. The Internal Consistency index was desirable, and the coefficient of stability in the present study was 0.80, indicating the reproducibility characteristic of the instrument. Finally, it was found that the third version of the Emotional and Behavioral Screening System (BASC-3) had a common factor load of 0.65 which was more than 0.40 indicating that the third version of the Emotional and Behavioral Screening System in students. Behavioral disorder can be used to explain behavioral disorder. Finally, it became clear that all questions fit into one factor
