Qualitative study of leisure and sexual relations in couples with children and free children

The purpose of this qualitative study was focused on leisure activity and sexual relationship of couples with children and free Children couples in Isfahan. The research method was a qualitative type of induction and methodology that through semi-structured interviews finally participated with 70 means: (14 free child couples and 21 couples with child) that were available through targeted sampling. Data collections and validity were carried out according to semi structure interviews, supporting document, experts’ counselors. By collecting data, 526 couples with free child and 632 for couples with child sentences were obtained meaningfully, all of which were categorized according to their nature. The results showed that leisure activity for free child couples had 3 main categories and 24 sub-categories, the most important of which include: leisure activities together, also about couples with child were the 8-category and 13 sub-categories. The main ones include leisure time with children and lack of leisure activity. Also, regarding to sexual relations between free child couples there are 4 main categories and 3 subcategories which is the most important category was: relationship with satisfy. likewise, among couples with child, there were 5 main categories and 8 subcategories that the most important of was: lack of sexual satisfaction.
