Sociological study on the extent of violence against women in the family and its effective factors (case study: Kermanshah city)
Domestic violence is a reality that is present in all societies and influences many factors.The present study aims to investigate the relationship between spouse abuse in the family and the social factors affecting it.The statistical population of this study is married women in Kermanshah who have at least one year of their marriage.Based on cluster sampling and sample population (200 persons), information was collected by questionnaire along with interviews.According to the findings of the research, there is a direct and significant relationship between male-dominant conception of self-role and violence against women.There is an inverse relationship between the degree of violence against women and the religious level of women and men There is an inverse relationship between the level of education of women and men and domestic violence against them.According to the regression equation, the male dominant conception of the subject and the rate of doing housework by the woman have a positive impact on violence against women.And the male religious variable has a negative and negative impact on women.Also, the beta values show that the dominant maladaptive variable man has the most impact (0.35) on the dependent variable,The next time (the religious level of the man is 17 / 0-), then the rate of doing housework by the woman (0.15).
