Unlike other predominantly materialist cultures, indigenous culture, while responding to the needs of individuals in society, is rooted in monotheism, which is the basis of Islam, and its proper institutionalization can harmoniously develop the material and spiritual dimensions of human life. And its output mass. The purpose of this study is to explain the impact of indigenous "Islamic" culture on crime prevention in Qom. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical and correlational in terms of research method. The statistical population of the study of the staff of the Disciplinary Command of Qom city is 250 people and the sample size was 150 people and a simple random sampling was performed. The data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling method was used through laser software. Based on the findings of the study on the significance of the effect of each of the three factors of indigenous culture on the prevention of crime, it was found that social, economic and family development based on indigenous and Islamic culture in Qom through government, public, cultural, seminary and educational institutions. , Indicates their positive function and planning to improve the role and impact of these institutions, will lead to the development of preventive measures and thus reduce crime and social harm.
