Pathology of Planning Cultural Activities in I. R. I. Police with Emphasis on Cyberspace
Addressing cyberspace in organizations, including I. R. I. Police, has always been considered by the management of organizations. This article has been conducted with the aim of pathology of cyberspace planning in I. R. I. Police and presenting strategies and approaches for its improvement.
This study is of an applied research type using qualitative method and Delphi technique and expert meetings. The statistical population consisted of twenty managers, experts and cultural specialists of I. R. I. Police. The validity of the questionnaires was obtained by experts in expert meetings and its reliability was achieved through repeating until reaching theoretical saturation and consensus of members. The findings are confirmed using the views of a group of six members.
Cyberspace is one of the twelve cultural activities with priority and importance of I. R. I. Police that not all of its capacities have been used; so I. R. I. Police is in a weak defensive position in terms of determining the status of cyberspace in the coordinate table and in the next five to ten years it can be in a slightly aggressive mode by turning threats into strengths and weaknesses into opportunities.
Reviewing the cyberspace planning process according to the pathology, using programs to share the experiences and capacities of the Armed Forces with the aim of preparing a comprehensive cultural system and exploiting the ways of effective presence in cyberspace and solutions to these strategies, can exploit the capacities of this activity more to flourish in the future horizon of I. R. I. Police.
