The Investigation Of Mediating Role Of Public Service Motivation And Employee Commitment Between Transformational Leadership Style And Employee Performance
In the present era, the importance of productivity in the field of public services and commitment of as many employees as possible to the organization in order to survive in the current competitive society is considered essential, so The purpose of present research is to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership style, employee commitment, public service motivation and performance of employees. The innovation of this study is the non-linear relationships between independent variables and the dependent variable and emphasizing the role of mediation double of the commitment and public service motivation. Research is the descriptive and survey-correlation.The population of the official and contractual nurses in 392 hospitals of Kashan University of Medical Sciences and 196 peoples has been estimated to the sample size. The data collection tools are questionnaires. The data analyzed with three software smart pls, spss, lisrel. The results of this study showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between transformational leadership style and public service motivation, commitment and performance. The result also confirmed the public service motivation and commitment play mediations roles.
