Factors Affecting the Manager,s Delegation Mazandaran Province Gas Company
Delegation is one of the main methods of employee empowerment and decentralization policy in organizations, through which authority and responsibility is delegated to the lower levels of the organization and has several effects such as improving service quality, response speed and improving organizational processes. Mazandaran Province Gas Company, as one of the subsidiaries of Iran Gas Industry, operates as a service and project-oriented organization in the society and strives to increase the welfare of citizens through the supply and sustainability of gas energy, one of the main tools to improve the quality and accelerate the implementation of gas supply projects should be considered. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to assess the status of the dimensions affecting the delegation in Mazandaran Gas Company and the findings indicate that the administrative and technical-operational dimensions are in a favorable position and the financial dimension of delegation is in an unfavorable position.
