The relationship between the dimensions of spiritual leadership and organizational trust(Case study: Golestan police headquarters staff)
In many countries of the world, public sector employees' trust in organizations is declining and one of the mechanisms that promotes trust in these organizations is the use of spiritual leadership. Therefore, researchers have conducted this study with the aim of investigating the relationship between spiritual leadership and organizational trust. The statistical population is the staff of the Golestan Police Headquarters. Using Cochran's formula and simple random sampling, 92 people were selected as the sample size. The research method is descriptive-correlation based on user purpose and based on data collection. The method of data collection is library and field. Data were collected using a questionnaire and its validity was confirmed through face validity and its reliability due to the fact that Cronbach's alpha was above 0.7. The results of the analysis using Pearson test showed that there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of spiritual leadership and vertical organizational trust in the police force of Golestan province.
