Effect of religious life style on the prevention of crime among prisoners and non-prisoners in Hamadan

The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of religious lifestyle on the prevention of crime in the province is among the prisoners and non-prisoners .In this study, the indicator intended for lifestyle is religious. The study is a quantitative survey, the data of which were collected using structured questionnaires, through criminal and non-criminal groups. The study population, included prisoners and non-prisoners, was 310, by Morgan and Craig formula. Sampling method was stratified. The results showed that drug trafficking has the highest rate of religious disbelief, among the other crimes. It must be said that there is no significant difference between religious life style offenders and non-offender. But, The results showed that religious lifestyle by creating an emotional coherence is significantly associated with the incidence of crime.
