It is certain that, besides the services of banks in the unique framework of the electronic banking system, the banking industry faces threats and emerging risks. Insecurity of the Internet and e-banking is one of the most important issues in this field. It is noteworthy that the use of preventive measures is one of the ways in which the security and safety of communities are enforced.
The present research is based on legal opinions, scientific data collected from books, articles, theses and websites. In addition, the type of research used is descriptive. Meanwhile, special attention has been paid to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and international documents.
Findings and conclusion:
In the second internet era and the advent of Blockchain’s emerging technology, the effectiveness of crime prevention depends on the use of modern technologies and the trend towards adopting precautionary measures, because in the world of intelligence of objects - where electronic banking is in the context of that opportunity Emerges - the nature of the cyber environment is such that it forces banks to take technical preventive measures.
