Abstract:
The purpose of this research is applied, and its method is descriptive-correlational. The participants in this study are all the police officers of the Preventive Division of Fateb. The sampling method is simple random sampling. Initially, in order to explain the consequences of organizational disregard, library resources were used and after identifying these factors in the field, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by professors and experts. To determine the reliability of the questionnaire Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, the number 0.95 was obtained, which indicates the good reliability of the questionnaire. The results showed that organizational disregard causes organizational distrust, burnout and tendency to leave the service and has a negative effect on organizational performance, organizational commitment and quality of work life of employees. On the other hand, the results showed that demographic factors (such as age, history, education and gender) of employees affect the organizational disregard of employees.
