Modeling a teleworking productivity model for governmental employees in Corona Virous Pandemic era (Literature review)
The aim of this study is to modeling a teleworking productivity model for government employees in the Corona pandemic era. For this purpose, a review was conducted in the literature by the issues of teleworking productivity. The result indicated that, the effective factors on productivity of telecommuters can be divided into several categories: Individual life factors including: education, gender, marital status, age; Individual work factors including: individual attitude, individual control over work, work-life balance; Organizational factors: including job satisfaction, innovation, reducing absenteeism, motivation, increasing independency, increasing responsibility, organizational culture; Time factor: includes factors such as teleworking hours per week, time planning skills, reducing time spent in the organization and having free time, saving time (commuting and work breaks); Team factors: different managerial style, trust between managers and employees, special IT tools; Psychological factors: job satisfaction and happiness, health Reducing stress level; Factors related to the supervisor: supervisor trust, supervisor support; Telecommuting results Overall telecommuting satisfaction, perceived benefits of telecommuting, self-reporting productivity. Due to the continuing coronary conditions in Iran and the world, managers of government organizations can use the results of this study to improve the productivity of their telecommuters.
