Evaluating the performance of the board of directors of stock exchange manufacturing companies with a combined approach of balanced scorecard and multidisciplinary decision-making methods
Performance appraisal is one of the main tasks of any organization and one of the aspects of performance management, which has been implemented in the past mostly through the use of financial indicators. Balanced appraisal card is one of the new approaches in this field that separates organizations from six financial dimensions. Evaluates internal processes, growth and learning, and customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to provide a codified method for evaluating the performance of the top industries of the stock exchange, by identifying the effective indicators in their evaluation, weighting the sights and indicators with AHP technique and ranking the industries of the stock exchange using Among the techniques are VIKOR, COPRAS, ARAS. The statistical population of this research is the board of directors of stock exchange manufacturing companies. In this study, it was found that financial perspective is the most important factor and customer perspective, internal processes, employee satisfaction, learning and growth, social responsibility are the next priorities. Also, the results obtained from Aras, Vicor and Coopras techniques show that in the Vikor method, industries related to petroleum products and the Coopras method, industries related to ceramic tiles, as well as the Aras method, cement industries are most desirable.
