Explaining the pattern of social resilience in informal settlements with an emphasis on quality of life Case Study Neighborhood khat 4 hesar karaj

Informal settlements reflect the shortcomings and deficiencies of government policies and official markets that endanger the environment and impose additional costs to solve problems. The most important problems in marginal areas are the poor quality of urban living in these neighborhoods. And is an effective component in improving the quality of life of the social component Which encompasses the psychological, emotional and social needs of citizens such as the need for security, tranquility, beauty, social belonging, happiness, etc. These settlements are the 4th district of the city of Karaj. Except for areas that have many problems regarding the quality of life of residents. The current research presents a pattern of overlapping of some characteristics of social resilience with informal settlements to improve the quality of life in informal settlements by descriptive-analytical method using library documents Field information (questionnaire and interview). In order to investigate the effect of social resiliency components on the area of 4th district of Karaj, as a critical area in informal settlements, after collecting the questionnaires, the results were analyzed using SPSS software SMAR PLS. Results showed that the components of participation were directly effective , Education, security, justice, flexibility, interactions in social resilience in the neighborhood of line 4 of the fence of Karaj, and the proposed model is approved as a new model according to the results of the tests carried out.
