The relationship between social and cultural capital and tendency to cyber delinquency

The emergence of new technologies has alleviated the problem of time and space and created new interactions. Unbalanced growth in this field has confronted the Iranian society with the growing trend of Cyber delinquency. Given that social and cultural capital has the potential to change the undesirable components of this innovation. Therefore, its promotion is a need and necessity. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between socio-cultural capital and Cyber delinquency. The present study was selected by survey method among citizens of Tabriz aged 91 to 60 years with diploma and higher education in 1399 and multi-stage cluster sampling. The findings showed that men are more prone to Cyber delinquency than women. Multiple correlations equal to 0.256 and simultaneously independent variables are related to the tendency to Cyber delinquency and 0.28% of the changes in the tendency to Cyber delinquency of respondents by the variables of institutional trust, social cohesion, religiosity, media literacy, erosion Family social capital and social support are explained. Therefore, family-oriented measures, national vitality and satisfaction, transparency in the performance of agents, internalization of religious beliefs, etc. will be fruitful in reducing Cyber delinquency
