Abstract:

The developed polices of last decades of the country and their unsuitable results such asinterruption as disruption,and has complementary circles the mutual relations amongdifferent levels of habitants concil in the all over the county.The procedure of servicesconcentration has been observed in Somesara City,as prior city.Mirzakochak is one of theaffilated township of thes city to center of Gorabzarmikh,theat space organization of somesections of rural,has been considerd in view point of geographic in this research,and thisresearch by full knowledge regarding this affair that knowledgeable management ofOrganizing services and resources at inhabitants,not only suitable distribution and properallocation of resources to the other areas,but also versatility and organizingspace,optimization of the council.With respect to the kind of study,hypothesis and goals ofresearch,general oprations costitute the space of research,system and conduct,and alsostudying the limited structure in the framework of this opration,and analyzing andsuggestions,have been principle instructive of this labor.
