The Medium Role of Police Spiritual Investment in the Impact of Islamic Ethics on the Administrative Health System(Case Study: Hamadan Police)

Abstract:

The police force is the guardian of security and law enforcer in order to preserve the health of society. Therefore, in the first place, it must achieve administrative health from within. Human relations among the staff of this significant organization should be taken from the ethics offered by the perspicuous religion of Islam. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of Islamic ethics on the administrative health system with the medium function of spiritual investment.This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population encompasses Hamedan province police staff. 108 people were selected from a population of 150 people as the sample using the Cochran formula; the sampling method was convenience. The data were analyzed using PLS software. Content, convergent and divergent validity were used to confirm the validity of the questionnaire and variables. Besides, Cronbach's alpha and combining reliability coefficient were used for its reliability. The results indicated that the validity and reliability of all questions and variables were confirmed. Furthermore, the fit of the model and all hypotheses based on the model of standard coefficients and structural equations were finally confirmed, which illustrated that Islamic ethics had a positive and significant impact on spiritual investment (0.821) and administrative health (0.683). Moreover, the spiritual investment had a positive and significant impact on administrative health (0.869) and has played a positive medium role (0.741) on the relationship between Islamic ethics and administrative health. In addition, it was found that administrative health and organizational transparency increase by training employees in order to use Islamic ethics as organizational investment and it was also resulted that employees who possess Islamic ethics and strong organizational resources care for administrative health more than other employees.
