The effect of spirituality in the workplace on organizational citizenship behavior and human resource flexibility with the mediating role of perceived organizational attractiveness
This study aims to investigate the spirituality in the workplace on the occurrence of organizational citizenship behavior and human resource flexibility, with the mediating role of perceived organizational attractiveness in the organization of the Ministry of Energy of Tehran Province. This study has been performed in terms of applied purpose, descriptive type and survey method. The statistical population of this study included 191 male employees of the Ministry of Energy, and the statistical sample size of the study was obtained by simple random sampling based on Morgan's table of 123 people. The study used data from four standardized human resource flexibility questionnaires of, Batacharia (2005), Perceived Organizational Attractiveness of Bratton and Gold (2003), Organizational citizenship behavior of, Podsakov et al.To(1999) And the Spirituality Questionnaire in the Workplace of Milliman et al (2003).determine the validity of the questionnaire, convergent validity is used and to determine the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability methods are used. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software and structural equations of smart pls2.The results of the study indicate the positive and significant effect of spirituality in the workplace on human resource flexibility, perceived organizational attractiveness and organizational citizenship behavior.
