Identifying the Factors Affecting the Realization of the Document of Fundamental Change in Education Using Interpretive Structural Technique (ISM)

The present study aimed to identify the factors affecting the realization of the document of fundamental change in education using the Interpretive Structural Model (ISM) ‌ among these factors.

In this study, ISM interpretive structural model was used. The statistical population of this study consists of experts familiar with the document of fundamental change in education. Therefore, in the present study, using purposive sampling method, the sample size was determined to complete the questionnaire of 12 education charities. After identifying the factors affecting the realization of the document of fundamental change in education, the ISM model was used to analyze the status of the levels between these factors.

The findings showed that among the 14 factors extracted from the theoretical foundations, 7 are the main factors in the realization of the document. These 7 factors: diversification of learning environments, content reform, promotion of humanities, increasing the participation of the formal and public education system in the growth and excellence of the country, changing attitudes towards education, increasing the participation of teachers in religious and cultural fields , Social and political, establishing a model of compensation for services and ensuring the welfare of human resources, the expansion of justice in access to quality educational opportunities for individuals needed for education in the country.

The results showed that the factor of development and penetration of the Internet and intranet with the priority of filling the digital gap within the framework of the Islamic standard system and optimizing the payment system are among the influential factors at a higher level.
