Investigating and Analyzing the Interaction of Education Factor and Other Factors Affecting Human Resource Demand
The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the interaction between education and other factors affecting the demand for human resources from the perspective of experts of the Tax Affairs Organization of Iran as a governing and effective organization in financing the country.
In this study, 10 influential endogenous and exogenous factors were localized and selected by Delphi method by experts. Then the dimethophase method was used to determine the relationships, intensity and effectiveness. In this study, factors such as: technology used in the organization and organizational budget and new activities of the organization were identified as effective and causes, and factors such as: community culture and tax funding policy and education system were identified as effective and disabled factors. In this study, first, by reviewing some studies and researches in this field, 10 key factors affecting the demand for manpower in the Tax Affairs Organization were identified and then using fuzzy dimmeter to quantitatively analyze the relationships and interactions between Factors were addressed.
In this study, only 10 factors affecting the demand for manpower have been identified, while there may be other effective and key factors that are not mentioned in this study.
The results showed that the most basic and technical stage of human resource planning is estimating the manpower required by the organization by forecasting demand.
