Predicting the effectiveness of employees and burnout based on organizational health components (case study of employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Hamedan) Province)
The present study investigated the prediction of employee effectiveness and burnout based on organizational health components (a study of employees of the General Department of Sports and Youth of Hamadan Province). This research was an applied research in terms of purpose, descriptive and correlational research in terms of method and field research in terms of data collection. The statistical population included all employees of the General Department of Sports and Youth of Hamadan province in 2020 to 152 people. The statistical sample was estimated to be 103 people using Morgan and Krejci table with available random method. To assess organizational health, the questionnaire of 19 questions of Hui et al. (2016), the effectiveness of employees, the questionnaire of 37 questions of Lari et al. (2004) and the burnout of employees were used by Maslach test (2005). Findings showed that the level of organizational health was 66.2%, staff effectiveness was 80.4% and staff burnout was 33.8%. The results of Pearson correlation and multivariate regression with SPSS software showed that the components of organizational health such as institutional unity, constructiveness and scientific emphasis were able to predict the effectiveness of employees. Also, the components of manager influence, construction, and scientific emphasis were able to predict employee burnout.
