Evaluate the role of internal market orientation on Iran insurance company performance with respect to the mediating role of organizational commitment of employees
In the present study, the evaluation of the role of internal market orientation on the company's performance has been measured according to the mediating role of employees' organizational commitment. This research is applied in terms of method of causal correlational research and based on purpose. To collect the data of this research, a questionnaire was used. The questionnaires were distributed among the senior and middle managers of Iran Insurance Company and after completion, 108 items were collected. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling technique and using LISREL software. The results of this study show that the dimensions of internal market orientation (reward payment, employee development and organizational vision) have a positive and meaningful effect on company performance. In addition, organizational commitment has a favorable adjusting role in the impact of internal market orientation on company performance.
