A comparative study on the effect of environmental psychology and Existential Psychology on the efficiency of employees in office buildings according to the characteristics of human geography in Shahrekord

The current study aims to compare the effect of environmental psychology and existential psychology on the job efficiency of employees in offices. First, related indices and elements of both approaches are extracted, and then the effective rate of each variable on employees’ efficiency has been compared by the comparative method. The research method is comparative, based on a descriptive-analytical approach, and the information is gathered with a library-attributive method. In this research, result showed that despite the positive effect of environmental factors on change of efficiency in human forces of organizations, it is a neglected factor in designing work environment in Iran; while existential characteristics and factors and their effect is even more neglected than physical attributes, maybe because the designers and architect are not aware of this effect. Therefore, the present study has been able to identify and re-read these criteria to reveal its impact on the work process of employees.
