Sport as an important factor plays an effective role in today's developing society and its continuity is effective in promoting the material and spiritual cultural level of society and ensures the physical and mental health of society. . Islam also emphasizes the importance of sports and there are verses that somehow indicate the importance of sports and strengthening the body along with strengthening the soul and psyche. But at the same time, the nature of some sports is violent and causes harm to others. Based on this, the question is what is the issue of Islam and the Iranian penal system regarding sports violence? And what can be done to prevent it?
