SPSS software with version 20 was used to analyze the data, The results showed that the residents of Neka city did not evaluate the cultural stability in the city and the level of cultural capital of the citizens as desirable, but they consider urban density as an effective factor in increasing the level of cultural capital. In fact, there is a positive and significant relationship between cultural capital and urban density. On the other hand, the level of cultural capital was compared in high, medium and low density areas. The results showed that the level of cultural capital in high-density areas is significantly different from low-density areas, so that the level of this capital is higher in high-density areas. Therefore, the level of cultural capital is related to the level of urban compaction, and areas with higher density have a higher level of cultural capital.
