The rule of law guarantees the validity of votes in the Court of Administrative Justice
One of the major problems in judicial proceedings is the lack of conviction. This issue also has been considered in the Court of Administrative Justice, so that the conditions that cause the loss of conviction should be prevented in this court as well. The rule of law is one of the factors that can warrant the rulings of the Court of Administrative Justice from the outlook of trust. Because the rule of law is used as an important basis to guarantee all the factors that may derail the vote. In this regard, it can be acknowledged that obedience and the rule of law, the judge, the litigants and the community can hope to guarantee their rights. The most important principle that may derail a vote, is a situation in which the rule of law was not observed as an important basis. In this study, we secour to answer the question of what effect the rule of law has on administrative law and, consequently, on the Court of Administrative Justice, so that we can use this approach to conviction.
