Investigating Waste Management Policy in Rural Areas (Case Study: Cannes Villages)
Waste management policy is a system that policies and manages the flow and methods of waste collection, recycling and disposal in interaction with each other, so that the desired environmental, social and economic goals are achieved in a specific area. . The purpose of this study is to investigate the effective components on waste management policy in rural areas of Kan Bakhsh in Tehran province. The present research is of strategic type in terms of applied development goal and is of survey type in terms of nature and descriptive-analytical method. The statistical population of the study includes 1590 heads of families living in the villages of Kan district and the sample size was determined to be 202 using Cochran's formula. The method of this research is survey and semi-structured interviews with respondents and completing questionnaires. The Delphi technique (expert survey) was used to determine the validity and to validate the content of the research questionnaires. Also, the reliability or reliability of the questionnaire was measured by comparing the two ratios. In this study, in order to study waste management in the studied rural areas, three components of leadership combined with innovation, correct use of resources and planning and organization have been used and their impact on policy-making in this field of study has been investigated. The results of this study using Chi-square test showed that the three components of leadership combined with innovation, proper use of resources and planning and organizing with waste management policy
