Pathology of Media Entrepreneurship System in Entrepreneurship Development Institutions (Case Study: General Directorate of Technical and Vocational Education of Qom Province)
Pathology is a systematic process of data collection in order to interact effectively and beneficially in order to solve problems, challenges, pressures and environmental constraints. By comparing and evaluating the current and favorable situation of media entrepreneurship, we can identify the strengths and weaknesses of this. The system realized and made suggestions to improve them. The present study includes experts in the field of entrepreneurship, media and skills training. Its content validity was confirmed by seven media experts and Cronbachchr(chr('39')39chr('39'))s alpha reliability coefficient (0.931) was used to determine its reliability. In accordance with the patterns of tool construction in management sciences for the stages of indexing and performing content validity, exploratory factor analysis has been performed to determine the initial factor structure. In data analysis, a single sample t was used for the existence of media entrepreneurship variables in the appropriate situation and an independent t was used to determine the gap between the current and desired situation in the entrepreneurial system and the following were obtained:- Attention to input, process, output and environmental factors has been less than desirable. - Attention to input, process, output and environmental factors has been less than desirable. - The least attention is paid to environmental and process factors, in contrast, the most attention is paid to input factors.
