The present study aims to investigate the existing conflicts and similarities between Islamic human rights and international human rights in the field of women's rights, and seeks to answer the question of what conflicts and similarities between Islamic human rights and international human rights in the field of women's rights in Iran It is visible.
This research, in terms of research framework and nature of data, is considered as qualitative research and in terms of examining the characteristics of the subject and problem, is considered a descriptive-analytical research and for implementation, the documentary method has been used. The target population or texts studied in this study are the recommendations that Iran has received during the first and second review of its human rights case in the Human Rights Council. Of the 511 recommendations that Iran has received in two rounds of its global human rights review, a total of about one-third (152) are on women's rights, all of which have been reviewed. Despite the similarities and similarities between Islamic human rights and universal human rights regarding women's rights, but in the areas of individual rights, family law, social rights, cultural and spiritual rights of women, economic law, political rights and also in the field Legal and judicial, there are conflicts between Islamic human rights and universal human rights. In practice, these conflicts have led to Iran's non-acceptance and adherence to some human rights conventions in the field of women, and have paved the way for Western accusations of human rights against Iran and the country as a "violator of women's rights."
