Abstract:
Background and Aim

Specific military and disciplinary crimes are crimes that only the military can commit and it is not possible for civilians to commit these crimes. And has been to deal with the increase in their crimes, hence the establishment of military courts, the development of criminal laws of the Armed Forces throughout history and the comparison of some previous and subsequent laws and its analysis to prevent crime or reduce it in the forces Armed for their health can be essential.
