Structural relations of prevention of substance abuse based on risky and protective measures in students: The role of classmates

Abstract:
Objectives

The present study investigates the role of moderators and intermediaries of the classrooms in the structural model of prevention of drug abuse based on risk and protective factors in students.

Method

This research is a correlation between prediction type, path analysis, and structural equation model. The population of the present study included second-grade secondary school students studying in the 6th district of Tehran during the academic year of 1398-99. a total of 400 people were selected using available sampling method and were evaluated by questionnaires of hazardous and protective factors of problematic Behavioral Behavior.

Results

The results showed a significant relationship between the parentschr('39') limitation variables and the control of the classroom by the use of materials. also, the results of sable test indicate the significance of the intermediate model.

Conclusion

Family factors and classrooms can predict the use of materials in the framework of a model.
