Investigating Strategies and Approaches Affecting the Sustainable Development of Urban Green Buildings (Case Study: Tehran Municipality)

The present study examines the strategies and approaches affecting the sustainable development of urban green buildings in Tehran Municipality. The research method used is descriptive, survey and correlation. Also, the statistical population of the present study includes all managers of Tehran municipalities. The sample size was determined using Cochran's formula of 92 people and the sampling method of the present study is simple random. The research data was collected by library and field methods and the instrument used was a questionnaire. The validity of the research instrument was confirmed by a collective opinion of experts and the reliability of the research was 0.848. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with SMARTPLS software. The results indicate that the development environment of the green building market has a positive effect on the environmental value, social participation and economic value of the green building. In addition, the effect of social participation variables of green building and economic value of green building on sustainable development of green building was also significant. Also, the results showed that the environmental value of green building had a positive effect on sustainable development of green building.
