Identification and Ranking of Effective Factors in Achieving Sustainable Production (Case Study of Selected Food Industry Companies)
At present, production systems use methods and technologies that are not generally sustainable, so sustainable production is considered an important issue for production organizations. Most companies have come to this conclusion that in order to be sustainable in production, they need to measure and control the characteristics of sustainable production, and also to identify the obstacles that make it difficult to implement sustainable production. In is research, the barriers to sustainable production in a food industry company have been identified and prioritized. First, based on the research background, the main barriers a identified in 4 dimensions and 17 sub-criteria, and then they have been ranked by logarithmic fuzzy preference programming method. This method provides more accurate weights than other techniques by creating a nonlinear optimization model. The results show that the main obstacles are the first to fourth ranks, respectively, financial (F) with a weight of 0.487, knowledge and support (KS) with a weight of 0.230, social (S) with a weight of 0.169 and technology (T) with a weight of 0.113. Therefore, the management of the company should have financing and human capital programs such as listing on the stock exchange and specialized training for staff and presentation of special financial plans by the government, including long-term loans and tax discounts to leading companies in sustainable production.
