Financial crimes in the police staff; Underlying factors and management strategies
The financial crimes of the police staff are of great importance in the disciplinary structure of the Armed Forces and social order. Police and other government agencies face financial crime in all countries. The purpose of this study is to study the underlying factors affecting the commission of financial crimes by police staff and providing of management solutions.The statistical sample of this study included 25 police elites who were selected using purposive sampling method. The method of data collection is in-depth interview and the method of data analysis is qualitative content analysis. The results of this study show that the most important factors affecting the commission of financial crimes by police employees are: low salaries and benefits, poor oversight, economic problems of the community, inadequacy of laws, job dissatisfaction, increased effort to commit crime, increased risks , Reducing predictable benefits, reducing incitement, eliminating excuses, job insecurity, etc. The most important solutions proposed in this study can be considered in the form of economic factors, organizational factors and individual factors, respectively
