Measuring the effectiveness of the performance of police stations and police stations with emphasis on social satisfaction
Attracting social satisfaction is one of the key factors for the success and effectiveness of organizations and this is doubly important in an organization such as law enforcement with extensive and direct communication with different segments of society. This study seeks to identify the factors affecting the effectiveness of police stations (social satisfaction) and then to weigh and prioritize them and present a model. This research was carried out by survey method in terms of applied purpose, and in terms of level of generalization, and in order to assess the validity of the questionnaire, two methods of content validity and construct validity were used. Research concepts are greater than 0.80. The statistical population of the study is citizens living in the west of Tehran province in the age group of 15-64 years and 382 people were selected as the sample size using cluster probability sampling method. The results of statistical tests showed that in the model of measuring the effectiveness of police stations (social satisfaction), the factors "performing law enforcement, judicial and service duties, equipment and physical facilities, accountability, staff behavior and information processes" have the highest factor load, respectively. The existing indicators have a good fit. By managing and monitoring the effectiveness of police stations (social satisfaction) and by planning and taking appropriate measures, the management of police stations can be successful in meeting the needs and meeting the growing demands and expectations of citizens and tailoring their strategic and macro plans and programs to the appropriate community.
