Investigating the Relationship between Social Hegemony and Job Burnout in Basic Managers
The present study aimed to identify the relationship between social hegemony and job burnout in managers. The present study is applied and the research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population included 123 basic managers of Khorasan Razavi executive bodies participating in the managers' evaluation center and the sample size was selected using Cochran's formula of 93 people. The sampling method in this study is random. The research instrument was two standard questionnaires that after confirming its face and content validity and collecting data, the reliability of the instrument was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The collected data were analyzed using Spss software. The results indicate that there is a negative and significant relationship between social hegemony and burnout of senior managers of executive bodies.
