The developments in the Middle East in recent years and the increase in the power of some countries in the face of the decrease in the power of others have been such that common goals have emerged among some countries. Saudi Arabia and Israel are among the actors that have expanded bilateral relations in recent years. The main purpose of this article is to analyze the Saudi-Israeli relations and answer the question, what is the most important reason for the expansion of Riyadh-Tel Aviv relations in the current situation in the region? It is assumed that based on Walt's theory of balance of threat, the perception of the threat from Iran has brought their relations closer to confronting Iran.
