Survey the relationship between knowledge leadership with intellectual capital viewpoint of teachers in primary schools
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between knowledge management intellectual capitals in primary schools is a warm city. The aim of applied research, the method of data collection is descriptive and correlational survey All study population (all the administrators and teachers of city elementary schools' grams), which is equal to 180. For sampling is stratified random sampling. Morgan is also used to determine the sample size According to this table sample size of 145 is obtained. This study was conducted in two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical section, the necessary data using a library of documents and in the practical part, in the manner of a standard questionnaire was used to collect the information field.
