Components of Formation and Consolidation of Organizational Identity of Students of Islamic Republic of Iran Army (IRIA) Universities (Case Study: Khatam Al-Anbia Air Defense Academy)

Abstract:

Organizational identity seeks to discover why a person belongs to one group and does not belong and borders with other groups. The main purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the components of formation and consolidation of organizational identity of IRIA university students. This research is mixed and its statistical population is professors and senior and middle managers of Khatam Al-Anbia Air Defense Academy in which 38 experts were selected as a sample by purposive sampling method. After interviewing the experts, 13 components affecting the formation and strengthening of organizational identity of students of Khatam Al-Anbia Air Defense Academy were identified, which were prioritized using the fuzzy Delphi approach. The results of this study show that the components of senior managers' actions, strategic management of human capital, strategic knowledge, policies and procedures of the organization and tools and supports have a higher priority than other components in the form.
