Organizational Health Modeling: A Case Study of Fars Provincial Teaching and Training Organization
Organizational health is an indicator of working in healthy conditions and maximizing the health and well-being of employees. In addition, due to the lack of a comprehensive Iranian-Islamic model for organizational health in our country, this study can address the development of indigenous knowledge in this field.
The present study was a model for validation and evaluation of organizational health in vocational training organization of Fars province.
This research has been developed using a sequential exploratory hybrid method and its validation with multiple sources approach consists of three sides; a) the collection of theoretical foundations related to the research variables and the underlying principles; b) research conducted in the field of organizational health; c) Scrolling the views of the key informants was carried out.In the quantitative stage, validity and reliability of the developed model were verified using the statistical methods of confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha.
A model including leadership dimensions, coherence, effectiveness, and accountability to the environment as well as components related to each dimension was developed and evaluated for organizational health assessment.
The proposed model can be utilized as a reliable conceptual model to provide a basis for evaluation, design, and enactmentfor development and strengthening of organizational health.
