Presenting a model of social intelligence and business intelligence on quality of life with mediated role of risk management in North Khorasan teachers
This research aimed to presenting a model of social intelligence and business intelligence on quality of life with mediated role of risk management in North Khorasan teachers. Present study was a cross-sectional from type of correlation. The research population was North Khorasan teachers in academic years of 2018-19. The sample was based on Cochran's formula estimated 374 people, which were selected by multistep cluster sampling method. The research instruments were the standard questionnaires of Tromso social intelligence (Silvera and et al, 2001), business intelligence (Popovic and et al, 2012) and risk management (Bilandi, 2015) and researcher-made quality of life questionnaire. Data were analyzed with using correlation coefficients and structural equations in SPSS and LISREL software. The findings showed that social intelligence and business intelligence had a positive and direct effect on risk management, social intelligence, business intelligence and risk management had a positive and direct effect on quality of life and social intelligence and business intelligence with mediated of risk management had a positive and indirect effect on quality of life (P<0.05). Therefore, risk management was a good mediator between social intelligence and business intelligence with quality of life. As a result, to improve quality of life of teachers can be improved their social intelligence, business intelligence and risk management.
