Abstract:

The increasing trend of banks' overdue receivables in recent years has further weakened the lending and lending capacity of banks. In other words, overdue receivables are one of the banking crises that cause the temporary or permanent withdrawal of part of the bank resources, which are basically people's deposits, out of the operational cycle and leave banks with many problems and difficulties, including losses and income imbalances. And incurs costs. Failure to repay on time and creating and increasing the outstanding claims of banks in terms of pathology is a combination of internal and external factors. Lack of internal management of facility recipients and recipients of credit. Economic conditions and inflation, the impact of the financial market crisis and the weakness of the law are among the factors that affect the creation of delinquent claims. Because of this, the importance of finding solutions to this problem has become increasingly apparent.
